Shipping Policy

Shipping Time — Most orders received before 1:00 PM will ship within 24 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most in-stock orders received after 1:00 PM will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Custom orders are currently a 12 week wait time, excluding ship time.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Southern Peak Leather or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Custom order returns:

Any order placed as a “custom” will not be accepted for a refund. Any request for a refund is at the discrepancy of Southern Peak Leather to accept. Due to the nature of custom products, there are only discretionary refunds available due to anything that can be defined as an “imperfection”.

Any custom orders including name, initials, brand, or custom wording will not be accepted for a refund, as it is one-of-a-kind to you, and can not be resold.

In-Stock order returns:

If an order is made from the site, or Facebook, and was in-stock (not custom), returns are available within a 15 day period only if defects were made in manufacturing. Product must be unused, and in the same condition as it was when received.

Warranty:

At Southern Peak Leather, only the finest quality of materials are chosen. Our products are built to last, and with the proper care, they should last you a lifetime of use. In the case that you do have a warranty issue that is not due to abuse or neglect, you may send the item back for repair at no cost to you. We do expect care to be taken of the products, so if neglect is noticed, we will not honor the warranty.

With the nature of tack especially, we do not consider sweat marks, or missing crystals neglect. We offer FREE yearly cleanings, and crystal replacement (if needed). If we see any other issues upon arrival, you will be reached out to concerning the repair.
Contact us regarding the warranty. You pay the shipping to us, and we will cover the rest!

Payments, Prices, and Cancellation:

Payments for in-stock products are only accepted in full.

A payment plan of a non-refundable deposit of half down is accepted for custom orders. Once your deposit is paid, your order will be started. If you wish to cancel your order, it will void the second payment, but the deposit will not be refunded.

Custom orders are final, and non-negotiable once deposit is paid.
If your custom order is made incorrectly, a remake can be discussed. It is up to Southern Peak Leather to accept a remake, and will only be considered if a miscommunication occurred, or a mistake was made on makers behalf.

Prices may vary, and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary due to different amounts of tooling, and materials used (such as hides and crystals).
